The Datapharm Hub: Unifying your emc applications in the modern security era
Mar 11, 2026
The Datapharm Hub is bringing customers’ emc applications into a unified and improved single sign-on (SSO) journey, with secure foundations set for user and access management.
The new hub launches on 12th March 2026, where an SSO password will initially be applied to emc publisher, emc pi portal and emc icomply.

Head of Delivery, Datapharm
As Datapharm’s application suite has grown, it’s always been our intention to consolidate your emc applications into a unified user experience. We’re also aware of the risks that emerging security threats pose to your day-to-day business operations, and we are driven to emulate the high security standards expected from our customers
The Datapharm Hub is bringing everything together into a seamless experience, whilst Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) are two key security best practices.
We’re excited to announce the launch of this new, centralised gateway, designed to give you faster and simpler access to your emc applications. From 12 March, you as a Datapharm customer can access your solutions through a single login page.

Here’s some more information about what SSO and MFA mean for your organisation and your data.
- SSO means you can access multiple emc applications with one secure login, reducing password fatigue and lowering the risk of credential related breaches.
- MFA adds an extra verification step, with a code sent to your email address, helping to prevent unauthorised access even if a password is compromised.
These measures align with the latest industry standards and help safeguard sensitive regulatory and product information. In the future, we will be supporting federated authentication, allowing organisations to integrate with our identity provider to control access from their end.
Now at launch, a single password is usable for all three of these applications:
- emc publisher
- emc pi portal
- emc icomply
More applications will be able to use a single sign-on password in the future, as we continue to expand the Hub’s capabilities.
To help you get the most out of the applications you have access to, the Datapharm Hub page includes a ‘Learn’ button that takes you directly to the relevant emc academy page. There, you’ll find guidance, tutorials and best practice resources from our Customer Success team.
