Closing the Content Gap: Medicines information, Compliance and the battle against Misinformation
To deliver safe, effective care, HCPs (healthcare professionals) rely on medicines information that is accurate, accessible and available at the point of need. At the same time, trusted medicine safety content often extends beyond the standard SmPC, but it is not always made front and centre of HCPs’ and patients’ information-seeking journeys.
How can more of this vital information be made accessible and impactful for both HCPs and patients, and how can Pharma support an urgent need to deliver the content, amidst the growing threat of misinformation, while staying compliant?
Join our panel bringing together perspectives from Pharma and Healthcare addressing these vital questions, looking at how the industry can adapt to meet these needs.

emc update: What HCP engagement data shows
Join members of Datapharm's product team as they unpack HCP engagement data, from real-world online behaviours to emc user survey results, revealing what truly drives how HCPs find and use medicines information.
15:50-16:15
Findable by design: Optimising SRD deliverability through HCP search data
Healthcare professionals increasingly expect self-serve access to medical information on resources they trust and use day to day. But when their search fails, HCPs either give up or route their question through contact centres, adding delay to their patient care.
In this session, Gilead and Datapharm share a practical case study of how they worked in partnership to improve HCP search success for SRDs, delivering a 15% increase in average search success.
This session will cover how Gilead used a structured approach to identify opportunities to improve both search performance and SRD content quality, the actions implemented to address those opportunities and the results achieved. It will also explore how Gilead and Datapharm collaborated to improve the solution, including increasing the discoverability of SRDs on emc and making targeted improvements to the underlying search algorithm.
16:15-16:40
Time back to the business: Accelerating compliance in Prescribing Information management
Prescribing Information (PI) updates are a constant demand on pharmaceutical teams, often requiring significant time and coordination to maintain compliance.
So how can organisations streamline this process while maintaining the highest standards?
Join Regulatory Affairs experts Priya Patel and Jessica Quilter as they share how a leading pharmaceutical company is transforming its approach to PI management through emc PI Portal. Discover how automation, improved audit-readiness, and simplified workflows are reducing administrative burden—freeing teams to focus on higher-value activities and driving greater impact across the business.
